Roz has been a retail maven her whole career. She is a consumate traveler and has been a driving force in another travel agency. She is excited about curating this new agency with all of the knowledge she has accumulated over the years.

John has been traveling the world since he was a buyer for Saks Fifth Avenue, Tootsies, and his own store. Along the way, he realized that travel was his passion and he is looking forward to sharing that excitement with the many new clients and friends he hopes to work with, as he builds this travel business with Roz.

Hi! My name is Elisa Acciai, I was born and raised in Florence, a real Fiorentina girl with Etruscan roots, since both of my parents are originally from Casentino, an historical and gorgeous area of Tuscany.

Since I was a child, I loved foregneir languages, art and my beautiful city and I have worked in the tourism business since 2001, getting a strong knowledge of any aspects of my city and its surroundings and learning excellent skills on how to welcome a traveller and make somebody "feels like home" in my town.

I became a local certified guide in 2009 and I really love being a guide, it is a perfect match for me to be able to show the wonderful sights of my city to travellers from all over the world and also to organize indipendently my family life.

I adore my city and my goal is to share with you my passion and to let you fell in love with it, to give you the desire to come back over and over again.
